The Art of Leon Hushcha: Balancing Act

Leon Hushcha’s solo exhibition at TMORA delves into the work of the Minneapolis-based artist whose bold polychromatic visualizations have earned much recognition regionally and nationally. Bringing together Hushcha’s early and recent paintings, as well as his figurative and abstract works, the show presents an opportunity to follow the artist on his many paths to creative maturity. Several of the artist’s works reflect his connection to his ancestral land, Ukraine, and the decorative quality of folk art.
