Celebrate a radiant midsummer evening in support of The Museum of Russian Art.
With exceptional food, lively performances, exciting auctions, and dancing surrounded by art.
The White Nights Gala is TMORA’s signature benefit event—a festive and meaningful evening that helps advance the Museum’s mission to share the rich artistic heritage of Russia, uphold artistic freedom, and engage diverse audiences through exhibitions and public programs.
White Nights, particularly renowned in Russia and other northern regions, is a natural phenomenon that occurs near the summer solstice, when the sun barely dips below the horizon and the sky remains light well into the night. It’s a season when twilight lingers, sleep waits, and celebration fills the hours between.
The evening unfolds throughout the entire Museum. Exquisite food, wine, and expertly crafted cocktails are around every corner. Two exceptional silent auctions – one featuring artisanal goods and curated experiences (available online and in person), and the other spotlighting Trips of a Lifetime by Amfund – offer the chance to shop with purpose while supporting TMORA’s mission. Music fills the air as Daniel the Violinist moves through the galleries, mixing classical roots with global grooves in a style all his own. On the lower level, guests will find a beautifully lit gallery with seating, desserts, and space to relax and connect – offering a different kind of experience within the larger celebration.
Then, at 9:00 PM, the energy builds to something new. Beasley’s Big Band, an 18-piece jazz ensemble, brings big swing energy to the Main Gallery. Guests are invited to dance the night away surrounded by art, music, and the unmistakable magic of midsummer. It’s a joyful culmination of a night filled with community and meaningful support for the arts.
At a time when cultural institutions need your support more than ever, your presence at the White Nights Gala helps TMORA continue its vital work as a hub for art, education, and cultural exchange. We hope you’ll join us!
