Doug Moorhouse of Carrousel Travel will join TMORA Executive Director Mark Meister, Curator Dr. Masha Zavialova, and Director of Public Programs & Marketing Michelle Massey to introduce the journey and discuss both the practical details and the experiences that make this itinerary distinctive.

The tour travels through Darmstadt, Heidelberg, Baden-Baden, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Wiesbaden, exploring the landscapes, palaces, and cities connected to the German princesses who became Romanov empresses, grand duchesses, and royal relations. Dr. Zavialova will offer insight into the Romanov connections that inspired the journey and the history travelers will encounter throughout Germany.

The session will include an opportunity for questions regarding the itinerary, accommodations, travel arrangements, and other aspects of the tour.
