Join us in the Main Gallery for a Sound Bath facilitated by Donette Ambrosy of Fine Tuning Sound Therapy. Sink into a therapeutic soundscape amid the beautiful new exhibition, The Northern Palette. This session aligns with the peak of the Orionid Meteor Shower: comprised of dust from Halley’s Comet, connecting us to ancient cosmic cycles and symbolizing fast action to release stagnation.

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and anything else to make you comfortable while resting on the floor of the gallery, such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and/or extra cushions.
