Galina Tuluzakova hails from Nicolai Fechin’s hometown of Kazan, Russia and is Deputy Director of the State Art Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan, which houses one of the world’s largest collections of original artwork by Fechin.

Renowned Russian-American artist Nicolai Fechin was born in Kazan, Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1923. He is regarded as one of the great Russian masters and his paintings are captivating examples of Russian painting tradition.
